METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SPUN-BOND UNWOVEN FABRIC AND PRODUCTION DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A producing method is provided to produce a spun-bond unwoven fabric having a fineness of thin denier without the reduction of producing amount. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of spun-bond unwoven fabric comprises processes of: ventilating a thermoplastic filament through a spinneret installed inside a spinning block(1); keeping warm and cooling during sequentially passing the ventilated thermoplastic filament into a heating hood(9) and a cooling chamber(3) installed under the spinning block(1) directly; drawing the ventilated thermoplastic filament with an ejector(3) of high pressured air located under 0.5-3m from the spinning block(1); and carding, laminating, calendar ring, and winding the drawn thermoplastic filament. The producing device of spun-bond unwoven fabric is installed the heating hood(9) between the spinning block(1) and the cooling chamber(3), and the ejector of high pressured air(4) under 0.5-3m from the spinning block(1).
