PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient agitating and pulverizing device which agitates and pulverizes garbage and annihilates solid contents by a microorganism treatment. SOLUTION: Plural single plate vanes 3 which are formed by refracting the front ends of sickle-shaped plates consisting of stainless steel to 45 to 60$0C to the right or left and vanes 4 with scraping plates which are formed by mounting scraping plates transversely long to the front ends of the two parallel sickle- shaped plates are mounted to a revolving shaft 1 installed transversely to the central axis of a cylindrical tank-shaped treating vessel by mixing and dispersing these vanes on the outer periphery of the revolving shaft 1 by directing the sickle-shaped front ends of the single plate vanes 3 toward a rotating direction and the sickle-shaped front ends of the vanes 4 with scraping plates toward a counter rotating direction. |
