PURPOSE: A wall panel for a prefab bathroom is provided to form a three dimensional shape on a mineral panel and to mold a thermoplastic resin sheet in the mineral panel for producing a mineral panel for a new toilet. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a new mineral panel is composed of the steps of sanding a surface after cutting a mineral panel(12), coating the surface with an adhesive(11) after forming an embossed and engraved three dimensional shape on a the surface, and producing a mineral panel(13) for a toilet by bonding a thermoplastic resin sheet(10) to the surface. Then the method is progressed to the steps of attaching the mineral panel for a toilet to a frame(15) with an adhesive(14) and finally attaching a foaming reinforcement(16) to the mineral panel for a toilet. |
