PURPOSE: A multi-purpose button box assembly for a TV set is designed to make it easy to withdraw and insert a button box by providing a connecting box connected to the button box. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose button box assembly for a TV set includes a box coupling part(1), a connecting box(2) inserted into the box coupling part to be withdrawable, a button box(3) connected to the connecting box, a box rotating part rotably connecting the connecting box(2) to the button box, and a connecting box support for supporting the connecting box when the connecting box is withdrawn from a box insertion groove of the box coupling part. The box rotating part is provided with a fixing plate inserted into a fixing plate moving groove(14) formed on the connecting box.
