APPARATUS FOR CHANGING EXTERNAL INPUT OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for changing an external input of plasma display panel is provided to change automatically an input terminal connected with an external equipment without changing selectively an input terminal is not used by identifying whether connected or not although the external equipment is not operated. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of external input terminals(21,22,23) have respectively connection identifying unit for identifying whether connected with an external equipment or not. A first multiplexer(24) selectively outputs only the signal connected with the external equipment among the signals input from the external input terminal. A second multiplexer(25) selectively outputs only the high signal among the connection identifying signals outputted from the external input terminal. A decoder(27) outputs a video signal by decoding output signal from the second multiplexer. A microcomputer(26) controls an output of the second multiplexer on the basis of the changing signal input by a user and controls an output of the first multiplexer on the basis of output of the second multiplexer.
