PURPOSE: A crystal insertion method with ultrasonic waves is provided to fix firmly by sticking an outer periphery of crystal in an inner wall horizontally to the upper face of an outer body and by depositing plastic in the outer periphery, and to improve quality by processing variously without whitening. CONSTITUTION: A containing groove is formed in an outer body, and crystal(3) having the outer periphery bigger than the outer periphery of the containing groove is inserted to the containing groove. The crystal is vibrated at a high speed by applying ultrasonic waves with pushing the upper face of the crystal. The edge of the containing groove contacted to the crystal is molten by frictional heat, and deposited to put the lower part of the crystal in the containing groove by the molten material. The crystal is inserted and deposited in the plastic body with ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic wave is supplied by pushing the face of the crystal. The internal face of the containing groove is molten by the frictional heat between the outer periphery of the crystal and the edge of the containing groove with the ultrasonic wave. The crystal is fitted into the containing groove by pushing, and a recess part between the crystal and the containing groove is filled with the molten material to fix.
