ANTICOROSIVE WATER SOLUBLE TESIN SOLUTION AND IT USAGE TO STEEL PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a water-soluble resin solution which is used to form resin coating on chromated zinc and zinc based alloy electroplating steel plate, the resin solution improves corrosion resistance of resin coating steel plate. CONSTITUTION: This water-soluble resin solution is prepared by diluting epoxy resin having number average molecular weight of 1,000-6,000 with polar solvent having ketone group; manufacturing main resin solution by adding acrylate monomer of 100-630wt.% based on the weight of epoxy resin content and a reaction initiator of 0.2 to 8.0wt.% based on the weight of above acrylate monomer content; inputting counteragent to make the main resin solution have 5-30wt.% of solid content; adding 10-40wt.% of hardening agent based on the weight of the main resin solution; masking the main resin solution by adding 15-200wt.% of one species selected from citric acid and citrates based on the weight of anhydrous chromic acid; adding 0.5-20wt.% of anhydrous chromic acid aqueous solution (based on the weight of solid content of the main resin solution) adjusted with ammonia water between pH 9.0 to 10.
