DAMPING VALVE OF SHOCK ABSORBER

摘要

PURPOSE: A damping valve of a shock absorber is provided to improve assembling performance and to reduce the cost for producing by presenting uniform opening and closing of oil even without using multiple components. CONSTITUTION: A damping valve of a shock absorber is composed of an orifice plate(240) opened and closed by the flowing pressure of oil on an oil flow channel of a shock absorber toward the rear of a valve inner body(220) of a damping valve assembly(200) and a check plate(250) integrally formed on the rear face of the orifice plate, closely attached on the inner face of the valve inner body, interlocked with the orifice plate, cutting off the oil flow channel and forming a control chamber(150). Herein, the structure is simplified. And the assembling productivity is improved by using components of valve plates made for common use, and producing cost is reduced. And various damping characteristics according to the change of solenoid input current are obtained.
