PURPOSE: A restraint device and a combination structure thereof are provided to make simple assembling and disassembling works, to reduce the cost for the assembling and the disassembling, to prevent the leakage of oil and to accurately adjust the level of a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A combination of a bearing unit is composed of a spindle(20) having a recessed part(201) on one end, a bearing (21), a check ring(23) restraining movement in the direction of a shaft of the spindle, and a sleeve(22) receiving the spindle and the check ring in its inner part. The sleeve formed integrally has a second cylindrical reception space(300) for fixing the check ring and the bearing fixing the rotational direction. The recessed part of the spindle is formed in a ring for checking without a shaft directional movement by the check ring when the spindle rotates. An end part(202) is formed spherically to make easy the extraction from the check ring or the passing through the check ring on the end of the spindle.
