PURPOSE: A control unit for the automatic starting is provided to prevent the unnecessary idle rotation at the maximum and to solve the inconvenience of a driver by automatically starting or stopping a vehicle according to the neutral state of a gear or a hand brake. CONSTITUTION: A control unit is operated by: acting a hand brake when an engine is driven; and stopping the engine if there is no problem during a specific time after working a timer if an oil pressure switch is not worked; that is, automatically stopping the engine after a certain time as a driver leaves the driver's seat to load freight or to do other things; therefore, the control unit is able to prevent the unnecessary idle rotation and to prevent the air pollution. Also, the engine is automatically started if the hand brake or the parking brake is released and the oil pressure switch is being worked in the neutral state of the gear.
