PURPOSE: A rubber calibrator having a high intensity of a flange is provided to improve productivity and to embed a metal ring in both end flanges of the rubber calibrator. CONSTITUTION: A rubber calibrator is integrally comprised of a global shape body(11) inflated in a ball shape and an upper and a lower flange(12,13). Herein, a reinforcing agent(14) is embedded in the whole rubber calibrator so that it's tension and compression strength is excellent. In addition, the torsion strength is excellent since the metal rings(15,16) are installed inside the upper and lower flanges each. Furthermore, the rubber calibrator(1) is produced with several processing processes by using a vulcanized rubber cylinder type body for rolling into a cylinder type to embed the reinforcing agent between two vulcanized rubber plates.
