SHEET LAMINATING STRUCTURE FOR INK RESERVOIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize size of an ink reserving gap by setting a size of the gap between a plurality of sheets to be laminated in a wide range. SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusions 16 for gaps are formed at flat plate- like sheets by pressing the protrusions 16 in a recess shape recessed at front surface sides and in a protrusion shape protruded at rear surface side to a flat plate part 14 of its periphery. The many sheets are laminated by aligning at the protrusions 16 for the gaps to intrude the rear surface side of the other protrusion 16 to the front surface side of the one protrusion 16 of the adjacent sheets, and an ink reserving gap is formed of the protrusions 16 between the front surface of the one part 14 and the rear surface of the other part 14. A protrusion part 16a having a protrusion amount larger than a size (set value) of the ink reserving gap by an amount corresponding to a mutually entering amount is provided at the protrusion 16. Then, a plurality of ribs 16b are provided at a peripheral edge of the protrusion 16 at its front surface side by opening an interval in a circumferential direction and coupling the protrusion part 16a to the part 14.
