PURPOSE: An expansion member for an oil leakage prevention in the oil reserve tank is provided to prevent the leakage of oil in case of temperature raise. CONSTITUTION: An oil reserve tank(30) has an oil leakage prevention(40), a reserve cap(60)and an oil injection opening(34). The oil leakage prevention(40) has a connection member(41) and a fixing member(42) with a contact projection. An expansion member is added to the contact projection so that the expansion member can expand if the oil temperature raises. This additional expansion member to the contact projection allows to prevent the deformation of the oil leakage prevention resulting in the oil leakage and the possible contamination of the external body of oil reserve tank.
