PURPOSE: An automatic controller of a head lamp is provided to prevent a driver of the opposite or front side vehicle form being dazzled when a vehicle stops. CONSTITUTION: An automatic controller of a head lamp is composed of a sensor input unit(10), an automatic switch(20), a head lamp switch(30), a microcomputer(40) for outputting a power blocking signal, a transistor(TR) and a head lamp power blocking unit(50). Herein, if a speed sensing signal of a high state is continuously input into the microcomputer over a certain time in a state that the automatic and head lamp switches are all turned on, the head lamp is turned off by blocking the driving power of the head lamp. On the other hand, if the speed sensing signal of a low state is continuously input into the microcomputer over a certain time, the head lamp is turned on by resupplying the driving power of the head lamp.
