BOOM MISS-OPERATE PROTECTOR OF A CONCRETE PUMP TRUCK

PURPOSE: A boom malfunction preventing device is provided to prevent interference between the booms and links in travelling a rotary typed boom and to ensure stability by preventing droop caused by load of the boom in opening the boom from hangar state. CONSTITUTION: A fixing pin is rotatably fixed on a specific position of a first boom in an end, and on a specific position of a third boom(8) in the other end. A locking member(13) removably locked with the fixing pin controls opening of the third boom and a forth boom(10) by extend driving of a second hydraulic cylinder(5) in opening a second boom(6). A recessed typed stopper(17) receives stoppers(15,16) mounted the first and second booms in a hanger of the first and second booms with constrict driving of a first hydraulic cylinder(3) and the second hydraulic cylinder. The recessed typed stopper mounted on the third boom is formed to open both end portions deciding the hanger position in the first, second and third booms.
