PURPOSE: A spare tire carrier including a ski holder reinforces the supporting structure thereof and supports the ski holder, simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire carrier including a ski holder comprises a "U" type tire supporter(10), a supporting panel(4), a front wall, a rear wall, sidewalls, a separation wall(8) and a ski holder(6). The supporting panel(4) integrally mounted between an upper rod(11) and a lower rod(12) of the "U" type tire supporter(10) maintains the gap of the rods(11,12) and supports a spare tire. The separation wall(8) separates the inside of the carrier, diagonally. The ski holder(6) is fixed on the tire supporter(10). Therefore, the supporting structure of a carrier for a spare tire is reinforced and the ski holder(6) is supported, simultaneously.
