PURPOSE: An adhesive apparatus of skin material is provided to reduce working hours and improve productivity by installing an adhesive unit and automatically sticking throughout. CONSTITUTION: A sticking apparatus is composed of an upper press(10); a guide bracket(32) fixed in the lower part of the upper press; an adhesive unit(24) inserted to the guide bracket, and moved up and down by a motor(26) to stick skin material; a guide bracket(33) fixed in the upper part of a lower press(12); a height adjustable member(35) inserted to the guide bracket and having an elongated hole(30) to adjust the height; and a sticking unit(25) fixed in the upper part of the height adjustable member, and moved right and left by the motor to stick the skin material. The adhesive force is improved with contacting the surface to a core(20) closely in contacting rubber(36) of the adhesive unit to a product.
