PURPOSE: A temperature measuring device detects the change of temperature of automatic transmission oil within low temperature range and high temperature range to give hydraulic pressure control reliability. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measuring device comprises an oil temperature sensor(10), a controller(30), a transistor(Q1) and multiple resistors(R1, R2, R3). The oil temperature sensor(10) comprises a thermistor with resistance value decreasing as the temperature of transmission oil increases to detect the change of temperature of transmission oil generated in the synchronization maintaining process of gearshift step according to car speed, throttle valve position and engine rpm and outputs appropriate electric signal. The controller(30) compares the transmission oil temperature impressed to an input port(A) with set standard temperature and detects the temperature change with high temperature level if the voltage of the signal is higher than the range of the standard voltage and detects temperature change with low temperature level if the voltage is lower and outputs duty signal for gearshift synchronization to execute hydraulic pressure control. The transistor(Q1) is switched by the control signal from an output port(B) of the controller(30) impressed through the resistor(R3) connected to the base end thereof and preventing saturation voltage from being impressed to execute transmission oil temperature change detection. The resistors(R1, R2) divide and stably maintain voltage outputted from the oil temperature sensor(10).
