GINSENG STEAMED RED PRODUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for easily manufacturing red ginseng extract by heating green ginseng or white ginseng in water. CONSTITUTION: A home-style clay pot for preparing medicines includes an outer vessel; a main case having a heater; and an inner vessel for containing green ginseng. The method comprises the steps of: stably attaching the inner vessel containing 300-450g of green ginseng of 10-20mm thickness to the outer vessel containing 1000-2000cc of water; boiling the water up to over boiling point; and extracting the red ginseng extract by heating in warm water for 12-24 hours.
