PURPOSE: A speaker assembly is provided to easily assemble a compact speaker in a housing with inexpensive cost without a separate assembling tool, and prevent the sound quality of the speaker from being changed by parts for mounting the speaker. CONSTITUTION: At least two fixtures(46) are mounted on one side of a housing(40) to oppose each other about the speaker(11) so that the fixtures(46) are closed to an outer surface of the speaker(41) when the speaker is loaded on the housing(40). A clip member(54) is coupled to the fixtures(46) by elasticity and compresses the rear surface of the speaker(41) seated on the housing(40) by the elasticity through a bottom surface(58) connecting two both sides(56). The clip member(54) comprises a body(55), a coupling part(60) and an arm(62). The body(55) has the both sides(56) and bottom surface(58), and has an overall U shape. The coupling part(60) is coupled to the fixtures(46). The arm(62) compresses the rear surface of the speaker.
