PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method capable of more remarkably improving performance of PLZT due to addition of a dopant in producing PLZT to which the dopant is added. SOLUTION: This producing method comprises mixing raw materials so that a ratio of number of atoms in each element of Pb, La, Zr, Ti and a dopant in raw material mixture before heating and sintering becomes a stoichiometric ratio in a theoretical chemical formula of objective doped PLZT and heating and sintering the mixture. |
