A relay of the kind disclosed in Specification 965,476, wherein the armature and core cooperate as relay contacts in a sealed housing utilizes at least part of the said housing as a connection to the armature. In a further embodiment a metallic housing cover 9 (Fig. 2) is mounted on the plate 1 by an insulating wall 10 and a depression 13 acts as a back contact for the armature 11. In another embodiment (Fig. 3) a metallic cover 14 is mounted on plate 1 and by means of a glass seal 18 carries a back contact 15 co-operating with armature 16 which is mounted by a spring 17 on the part 14. |
