PURPOSE: A processing method of a thin stone and its device are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming a thickness of a stone at 5mm and to improve the productivity by compacting the stone. CONSTITUTION: A rough stone(110) is put on a trolley(140). The trolley(140) is located under a stone cutter(100). The cutter having many saw blades cuts the rough stone(110) at 200mm intervals. In reaching a non-cutting portion(130), the cutter(100) stops the cutting and returned to an original position. The non-cutting portion(130) fixes the rough stone(110) not to be dropped down. The non-cutting portion(130) is separated to stones(120) with a workers hand or a tool. A forming frame(150) is inserted in both gaps(125) of the stone(120). The stone(120) is fixed and secondarily cut by filling water and fine sand between the forming frame(150). The fine sand is collected by mixing with water and falling downward. The water is discharged through a leakage port(180) under the forming frame(150). The sand supports the stones(120) at the secondary cutting. The stone(120) is cut at 5mm. Thereby, a manufacturing cost is reduced and the fatigue of the worker is lightened.
