PURPOSE: A door lock(latch) of an automobile and a system for locking and unlocking according to an electronic signal are provided to reduce the processes of design, manufacture, and assembly by simplifying the structure and prevent erroneous operation by preventing invasion of abnormal equipment with hermetically mounting constructing parts of the door lock, thereby preventing theft completely. CONSTITUTION: A door lock(latch) of an automobile includes a protrusion(31) of a pawl gear(30) formed on one side of a latch gear(20) in corresponding to a locking groove, the pawl gear having a protrusion(31') interlocked with a manual unlocking lever gear(51a) and a connecting element(301), wherein an operational equipment(41) of a driving element(40) pulled by an electronic signal passes through a through hole(10') of a lock housing block(10) for being connected with the pawl gear, the lock housing block having the manual unlocking lever gear acting to the protrusion of the pawl gear, a driving shaft(90) connected with the manual unlocking lever gear, and a manual unlocking lever(51b) installed on one side of the driving shaft.
