PURPOSE: A cassette for conveying a glass substrate is provided to considerably decrease the process time by forming one or more assemble holes for a stopper to an upper/lower plate corresponding to stoppers for fixing stoppers. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(10), a lower plate(20), and a left plate(50) and a right plate(40) are assembled as a hexahedral box shape. A plurality of slots(51,41) are formed to the left plate(50) and the right plate(40) for fixing a glass substrate. Stoppers(30,31) are fixed and arranged to a back surface of a cassette(100) for conveying the glass substrate. A plurality of assembly holds(73,76,83,86) are separated and formed to the upper plate(10) and the lower plate(20) for fixing the left plate(50) and the right plate(40). A plurality of assembly holds(73,76,83,86) are successively penetrated each other by moving grooves(77,78). |
