PURPOSE: A device for controlling motor driving and a momentary halt of a motor driver is provided to quickly respond by controlling an electric halt when torque is generated, to control the halt with the regular torque even when utilizing for a long time, repeatedly, and to mutually utilize AC(Alternating Current) of 110V and 220V only with a simple alternation of break resistance. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling motor driving and a momentary halt of a motor driver comprises a rectifier(10), a filter(20), a positive voltage unit(30), a driver(40), and a controller(50). The rectifier(10) is composed of a bridge diode(B.D), and converts AC(Alternating Current) of 110V or 220V into DC(Direct Current). The filter(20) is composed of a condenser(C2) and a coil(L1), and eliminates noises generated from a circuit. The constant voltage unit(30) is composed of resistance(3), a diode(D1), a condenser(C3), a Zener diode(ZD1), and outputs voltage of the DC by falling the inputted voltage of the DC. The driver(40) drives transistors(TR1,TR2) for maintaining magnetism as the voltage from the constant voltage unit(30). The controller(50) controls field effect transistors(FET1,FET2) which are power elements for controlling a motor(M) halt, by driving of the transistors(TR1,TR2).
