PURPOSE: A mobile notice stand is provided, which is formed to be folded so that it is easily moved and maximizes space in moving or storing. CONSTITUTION: The mobile notice stand comprises the parts of: a fixed groove which is placed in the center; a suspension piece and an insertion groove which are formed at the front and rear side of the external side; an insertion groove for notice(22)(24) which is formed between guide grooves(16) to include long support stand(26)(28) and fix the long support stand at each prop straightly; a scissor-typed folding stand(72) which is inserted into between the guide grooves of the support stand to connect both upper edges of the folding stand to the upper edge section of the support stand; a notice support piece(90)(92) which is placed in the center of the notice insertion groove; and a top(100) which is placed in the upper side of the support stand.
