DIAGNOSIS TEST METHOD IN SYSTEM RESET

PURPOSE: A method is provided for a diagnosis test which can perform the user program after either diagnosis ROM in reset or client ROM program carries out the diagnosis program of diagnosis ROM. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis test method in resetting system includes the steps of; 1) setting or resetting the initial value of diagnosis mode resistor by a test signal and a reset signal, and outputting the diagnosis signal of high level; 2) performing the diagnosis test either user program ROM or diagnosis program ROM in ROM block during the high level of diagnosis test; 3) altering to the user program as the diagnosis test program performs a mode diagnosis clear and low levels the diagnosis; 4) resetting the system through falling edge detection.
