PURPOSE: A production method of a complex membrane with high molecule is provided to have the excellent solvency and chloride resistance of a complex membrane by adding poly vinyl alcohol having an excellent chemical resistance when producing a reverse osmosis membrane with a high molecule by a surfactant polymerization method. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a reverse osmosis membrane contains the steps of: soaking ultrafiltration membrane for a supporting body in an aqueous solution containing amine and soaking in organic solvent containing polyacyl halide to produce polyamide by a surfactant polymerization. In the amine aqueous solution, an acid remover selected among groups composed of sodium hydroxide or tri-sodium phosphate is contained and a concentration of the amine solution is 0.01-5wt%. The organic solvent is made of N- hexane or trichlorotrifluoroethane.
