PURPOSE: Just selected chemical grouting method and device are provided to remove uneven infiltration and to control solidification time according to purpose of construction by controlling mixing ratio of grouting fluid. CONSTITUTION: Fluid discharging rod(R) inserting A-fluid into underground is formed as a double pipe composed an inner pipe and an outer pipe. A cement crusher(5) is formed by engaging a restore tank, a crusher, a collector and a classifier to supply A-fluid and B-fluid into the inner and outer pipes. A hose(6b) connects a sending pump(8) and a side supplying hole(9) of a shovel(4) for injecting grout of upper front end of the fluid discharging double pipe rod by engaging the sending pump and a B-fluid mixer(7) with a hose(6a) after connecting the cement crusher to the fluid mixer with a supply hose(6). A hose(6c) connects A-fluid mixer(10) and A-fluid sending pump(11), and plural fluid discharging nozzle units(1) are screw combined on a lower front end of the double pipe rod. Thereby, intensity and solidifying speed of the grout is controlled by regulating the A and B fluid discharging amount while selectively installing number of the nozzle unit.
