PURPOSE: A field emission display device is provided to solve an electron charge phenomenon generated after the excitation of a fluorescent substance, to increase the light quantity emitted from a front surface, and to improve cross talk and color purity characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display device comprises upper and lower substrates(20) opposing with each other, stripe type anode electrodes(21) arranged on the upper substrate, R, G, B fluorescent substances(22a,22b,22c), black matrix(24), and a reflective plate(25). The R, G, B fluorescent substances are regularly arranged on the anode electrodes. The black matrix are formed on both sides of the fluorescent substances and prevent color mixing. The reflective plate is formed on the fluorescent substances and the matrix. |
