PURPOSE: A torque cam assembly of belt type continuously variable transmission is provided for an improved contacting structure. CONSTITUTION: A torque cam assembly contains a pair of a primary pulley and a secondary pulley, and a belt contacted between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley. Also, a pressing spring(40) and a cam contacting device are contained in the assembly to press a driving pulley half(23) on a fixing pulley half(21) of the secondary pulley. A round shaped trust bearing and a transfer washer that is a plate washer member are intervened between the driving pulley half and the pressing spring. The pressing spring concentrates power on a specific part but a transfer washer disperses the concentrated power to feed the whole driving pulley half. The trust bearing increases transfer washer effect as well as smoothly driving the driving pulley half.
