PURPOSE: A method for determining a hand-off coverage in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication is provided to offer a communication service with good quality, by enabling a mobile terminal to correctly recognize a hand-off time in real time without an additional device, and perform a hand-off operation, when the terminal moves between base stations having the different number of allocated frequencies. CONSTITUTION: A transmission channel part(214) includes a pilot channel, a synchronization channel, a call channel and a communication channel. Each of these channels includes a digital gain unit, and determines the intensity of a transmission output. A transmission channel part(222) includes only a pilot channel. An OCNS(Orthogonal Code Noise Simulation) program is inputted into a communication channel of the part(222). The OCNS program generates a noise corresponding to a simulated signal. The OCNS program varies the communication channel power of a beacon transmitter that uses the second frequency, and thereby arranges a border between the first and second frequencies in two base stations.
