HEAT TREATMENT FOR NI-SPRAY COATING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE: One major object of post-heat treatment of spray-coated layer is to uniform inner structure of coated layer and increase adhesive strength of coated layer on substrate. However, conventional post-heat treatment is performed under vacuum or inert gas condition. The present invention is characterized in that post-heat treatment is performed under atmospheric condition. CONSTITUTION: To increase adhesive strength of spray-coated alloy layer comprising Ni-Al alloy (Al 5%) or Ni-Cr alloy (Cr 20%) against a substrate, heat treatment is performed in a furnace under atmospheric condition ranging from 600 to 800deg.C for 1-5hrs.
