PURPOSE: A base station controller in a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to offer an added service such as high-speed data by a broadband CDMA as well as a function for accessing a wired line between a subscriber and a telephone office via a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching center interface units(210) are connected to a switching center. A plurality of voice conversion units(220) are connected to the switching center interface units(210). A switching clock unit(230) is coupled to the voice conversion units(220). A plurality of base station interface units(240) are connected to the switching clock unit(230). A control part(250) controls the switching center interface units(210), the voice conversion units(220), the switching clock unit(230) and the base station interface units(240).
