PURPOSE: A printed circuit board composition is provided to protect original signals in an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module, by intercepting an electromagnetic wave flowing through a soldering unit from a covered layer. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board composition having a function of intercepting an electromagnetic wave comprises a printed circuit board(1), an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(3), a soldering unit(5), and an electromagnetic wave covering unit. A circuit pattern is printed on the printed circuit board, and the printed circuit board has many holes(1a). The IC chip has many leads(4), and the leads are inserted into the holes and are fixed on the printed circuit board. The soldering unit is formed on the backside of the printed circuit board, and electrically connects between the leads and the circuit pattern. The electromagnetic wave covering unit is formed to cover the soldering unit, and takes out an electromagnetic wave to a ground terminal.
