CUTTER FOR DEFECTIVE ARTICLES OF MIDDLE SHELL OF ROTARY COMPRESSOR IN AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A cutter is provided to easily cut a case without damaging components to recycle the relatively expensive components constituted in the case when the defect of a rotary compressor occurs. CONSTITUTION: A cutter(10) for middle shell defective articles of a rotary compressor is constituted in a main body including a machine room(2) having a table(1) and a frame(3) installed on the table(1). Rails(11) are installed on both sides centering upon a cut groove(1a) formed in the center of the table(1) and a strut(12) is installed on the rails to load a defective compressor(100'). In the machine room, a motor(20) and a wheel cutter(21) are installed through the cut groove to cut the middle shell in a position of a recessed groove(111a) formed outside a stator(11) of a motor assembly(110) installed inside of the defective compressor transferred by a transfer apparatus as well as a belt(23) is arranged to connect an axis(22) of the wheel cover with the axis of the motor(20). Also, a stopper is installed on the end of the rail to stop the transfer of the defective compressor.
