DIGITAL IMPACT SENSOR

PURPOSE: A digital impact sensor is provided to accurately sense an impact by digitally measuring, counting and computing a width, a period and a frequency of an impact pulse. CONSTITUTION: An impact pulse input unit(100) receives an electromagnetic noise of an impact pulse between a journal and a slive contact surface. A control signal generating unit(200) receives a zero-cross signal from the outside and generates a control signal for controlling an impact generating information storing unit(300). The impact generating information storing unit(300) receives an impact pulse from the impact pulse input unit(100) and stores impact generating information. An impact intensity analyzing unit(400) receives the impact pulse from the impact pulse input unit(100) and analyzes an impact intensity. A period identifying unit(500) receives the impact pulse from the impact pulse input unit(100) and identifies an impact period and an impact frequency.
