PURPOSE: A device for automatically controlling mirror of vehicle is provided to control a upper, a lower, a left and a right angles of a mirror based on a control angle of the other mirror when a driver controls the upper, the lower, the left and the right angles of the certain mirror among the side and the rear mirrors equipped in the vehicle to fit to the visibility of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A unit for detecting an angle(10) detects a controlled upper, lower, left, and right angles of a side and a rear mirrors. A control unit(12) yields the driver's position of eye by receiving the upper, lower, left, and right angles of a standard mirror from the detecting unit of angle, outputs a controlling signal of mirror by yielding the upper, lower, left, and right angles of the side and the rear mirrors except the standard mirror, and outputs the controlling signal to a driving unit of mirror(14) by deciding if the mirror is controlled as the needed angle. The driving unit of mirror(14) controls the upper, lower, left, and right angles of the side and the rear mirrors except the basis mirror according to the controlling signal of mirror of the control unit(12).
