PURPOSE: A milling device for a pipe seam is provided to increase work efficiency and productivity by accurately treating various processed elements and by automating steps for carrying in and out and treating. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(700) transferred by a transfer roller unit(1) is rotated and centered up to a treating position by a first chasing sensor and an up rolling unit(2) and is supported and clamped by a clamper(3) and a stopper(4). Also, a first and a second touch roller of a first and a second touch roll unit, a second tracking sensor and a moving unit(6) find the treating position and a spindle unit(5) seams the pipe. A chip is transferred to a chip box(81) by a chip conveyor unit(8) and a tool replacing device(9) replaces a tool when the tool is old or a work piece is changed.
