PURPOSE: A bamboo handle for a cooker is provided to prevent a body from being injured caused by a burn and to have various colors. CONSTITUTION: A method is completed by cutting bamboo in a wanted length and arranging colors on the bamboo. Then, the bamboo is boiled for increasing intensity and coloring and dried in a normal temperature for 24 hours. The method is progressed to the steps of removing burrs from the cut surface and of forming an assembling groove and a leaving hole such as a connecting hole(14) for combining with a cooker(11). Therefore, a bamboo handle(10) is finished after assembling the connecting hole and fixing the hole in one side of the cooker.
