MEDICINAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING DECURSIN AS INHIBITIVE INGREDIENT OF KIDNEY TOXICITY

PURPOSE: A medicinal composition containing decursin as an inhibitive ingredient of kidney toxicity is provided which is useful to be used as an anticancer drug or therapeutical composition of diabetes. CONSTITUTION: The medicinal composition consists of: (i) decursin as an inhibitive ingredient of the toxicity of kidney; and (ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the medicinal composition is an anticancer composition or a therapeutical composition of diabetes and the medicinal composition contains 1-5 moles of decursin with regards to 1 mole of the anticancer composition or 0.2-10 moles of decursin with regards to 1 mole of the therapeutical composition of diabetes and the anticancer composition is cisplatin.
