PURPOSE: A heater power circuit is provided to have thermoelectric device as a voltage and current source for a heater of cathode ray tube, so that heater degradation is prevented and continuous low power is consumed, by using low direct-current power source. CONSTITUTION: A heater power circuit comprises a direct-current power apparatus(20) for a heater and a thermoelectric device(30). The direct-current power apparatus(20) is parallel connected with the thermoelectric device(30), so that the direct-current power voltage is applied to the thermoelectric device(30). The thermoelectric device(30) generates heat to be applied to the heater, for low power consumption.
