<p>PURPOSE:To purify the polluted water of a water area active in photosynthesis and relatively high in the concn. of dissolved oxygen in water such as lakes and marshes by arranging a submerged pump, a flow controller, a sand sedimentation chamber, a distribution chamber and a contact oxidation chamber packed with a filter material along the bottom of the water in series. CONSTITUTION:A submerged pump 1, a flow controller 2, a sand sedimentation chamber 3, a distribution chamber 4 and a contact oxidation chamber 5 packed with a filter material 7 are arranged along the bottom W of the water in series. By this small-scale simple structure, the polluted water of a water area active in photosynthesis and relatively high in the concn. of dissolved oxygen in water such as lakes and marshes can be purified.</p> |
