METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYESTER FABRIC HAVING EXCELLENT NATURAL FEELING AND MELANGE EFFECT

PURPOSE: A method for producing a polyester fabric is provided to embody the touch of natural fiber through the fabric is decrease-processed under 10%, and to embody the excellent drapability and the melange effect. CONSTITUTION: A warp of a polyester fabric is used a dividing typed polyester/polyamide conjugated yarn having a mono fineness under 0.3deniers after dividing. The content of the conjugated yarn is 60-70% for the weight of the fabric. A weft is used a polyester yarn of cation dyes dyeing property, and the fabric is decreased with the decreasing rate of 5-10% after weaving the fabric having the 40-60% emitted frequency of the weft to the surface of the fabric. The polyester fabric is produced to embody not only the touch of natural fabric but also the melange effect by the color difference and the excellent drapability by using the polyester of cation dyes dyeing property and the polyester/polyamide conjugated yarn for very fine yarn.
