<p>PURPOSE: Soil coated-type contact filter media for a sewage septic tank of sewage and wastewater purifying treatment facility are provided, which can maximize the purification efficiency of septic tank by vigorous decomposing action of microorganism and aerobic bacteria caused by maximized void, minimized water flowing resistance, active gathering of many microorganism and reduced slough off of microorganism from the media. CONSTITUTION: The contact filter media is as follows: (i) a single main body (11) made of eight column pipes set together to form a single main body (11), the length of the single main body (11) being almost same as the diameter of the single main body (11), around the columnar single main body (11) being formed curved surface of enlarged area, in the void formed at the center of the main body a cross wall is inserted and fixed to reinforce the strength of the main body (11); (ii) contact filter media that are formed by randomly stacking many single main bodies (11) on supporting materials, which are to be used as contact filter media in septic tank of sewage and wastewater.</p> |
