WATERTIGHT CONDUCT MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A watertight conductor manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to be capable of being simplified by bonding watertight powder on a watertight conductor coated with adhesive to remove voids between the conductors. CONSTITUTION: A core line(11) is connected to the center of a stretching machine(40). A plurality of minor conductors(13) wound on the core line(11) are converged to a dice(50) through a plate(41). The watertight conductor(10) is formed by twistedly winding the minor conductors(13) on a peripheral surface of the core line(11) and then adhesive(27) is coated on the conductor(10) while passing through an adhesive coating member(20). The coated watertight conductor(10) passes through a powder provider(30) so that watertight powder can be contacted with voids between the watertight conductors.
