PURPOSE: A preparation method of polyester sheet is provided for achieving high releasing property and transparency by applying aqueous coating solution including specific compounds such as colloidal alumina, aqueous polyester resin, polyurethane resin either or both sides of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of polyester sheet having high releasing property and transparency comprises forming a polyester resin sheet having 0.6-1.0 dl/g of ultimate viscosity, 75-85 deg.C of glass transition point and 170-190 deg.C. of crystallization temperature and consisting of more than 60 wt.% ethylene terephthalate; and applying aqueous coating solution including 0.01-1 wt.% of colloidal alumina having 10-50nm of particle diameter, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of aqueous polyester resin having sulfonic acid base, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of polyurethane resin having urethane molecule main chain and hydrophilic terminal group and 0.1-3.0 wt.% of acrylic emulsion in an amount of 0.001-0.1g/m¬2 after drying.
