PURPOSE: An air volume adjusting apparatus is provided to achieve an improved heat exchange efficiency by leading in multiple directions the air sucked through a plurality of air inlet ports formed at the main body of air conditioner indoor unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises air inlet ports(210,220,230) formed at the lower side surface and rear surface of a main body(200) of an air conditioner indoor unit, and which allow outdoor air to enter inside the main body; a heat exchanger(400) installed above air inlet ports with a drainage tray(100) interposed between air inlet ports and the heat exchanger; a filter member(300) mounted between air inlet ports and the drainage tray and which filters off foreign substances from the air passing through the filter member; and an air dispersing unit(500) having a main body(510) installed upright from the penetration formed at the center of the drainage tray toward the center of the heat exchanger, and a guide member(520) mounted at a predetermined angle at the main body and which guides the sucked air flowing upward through the penetration of the drainage tray to be branched in two directions, so that the sucked air is dispersed uniformly throughout the heat exchanger.
