PURPOSE: A 2-phase clock signal generator having a variable non-concurrent time is provided to adjust a non-concurrent section according to each frequency band by sensing a frequency band of an input system clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A frequency band sensor(11) receives an input system clock and senses a frequency band of the input system clock. A delay circuit array(13) forms a path in response to the sensed frequency band from the frequency band sensor(11) so that the second feedback output clock has a suitable delay time according to a predetermined frequency. A delay circuit array(14) forms a path in response to the sensed frequency band from the frequency band sensor(11) so that the first feedback output clock has a suitable delay time according to a predetermined frequency. A clock generator(17) receives the delayed feedback first and second clock and generates a desired non-concurrent 2-phase clock signal.
